EMALE call center agents x5. REQUIRMENTS: Must be Bi-Lingual (Arabic and Good English). Third language (French) is an advantage. Candidates should have some call center, telephone experience. Training will be provided. Candidates should have good phone etiquette, be soft spoken with good Interpersonal skills, ability to understand customers concerns and queries. Should demonstrate professional inbound call management procedures to handle every call with dedication and skill. PREFERNCE WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO: UAE Nationals GCC Nationals Arab Nationals Westerners RESPONSIBILITES WILL INCLUDE: Taking Inbound calls, Use voice tone and key words to build empathy, Increase inbound call productivity and quality of the agent, Immediately build rapport and connecting with customers, reduce repeat calls and escalate complaint calls to Team Leads.
