Marketing Manager (Sustainability), Up to AED 20,000/- for the right candidate. Our client is a world leader in the production of environmentally responsible floor coverings and other textiles. They have taken every international market by storm and the Middle East and North Africa are no exception. They have established local offices in various GCC countries and they are looking to introduce a centralized marketing role that will look after the needs of each territory. Our client is looking for an outstanding individual who can help communicate the core marketing messages of the company and help raise the corporate profile. There will be two key areas of marketing. Firstly, educating the respective markets and external stakeholders with regard to sustainable manufacturing and how this positions the company in the market. The second part will be to take a product marketing approach and support the deep product portfolio with focused marketing campaigns. You will be developing annual marketing plans and manage the marketing budget and reviewing it periodically. You will be required to organize small to medium sized events, use a range of direct marketing tools and BTL material to help support the local offices. You will need to liaise with the international marketing offices of the USA and Asia and create a unique Middle East and North Africa marketing plan. Each country within your territory may have its own marketing requirements, which you will need to address. This role will be very hands-on. You will not only plan, but also assemble and action the plan. This role needs someone who is creative, has innovative marketing ideas and excellent organizational skills. You will need to manage the events and all implementation from A to Z. Candidates must have experience in developing marketing campaigns based around sustainability and understand the core principals of sustainability and how this impacts a company's profile.
